Things to Do in Denver During the Winter

Skiing at Copper Mountain

If you’ve got the money, I suggest taking one of the most stunning drive out to Copper Mountain where you can ski or snowboard (or grab a brew & food) and spend an entire day enjoying the mountain life.

Depending on the time you leave, the trip can take anywhere between 2-4 hours!

Convergence Station at Meow Wolf

Looking to have your mind blown this winter? Head out to Meow Wolf Denver to experience art like you’ve never experienced before (unless you’ve been here already). This interactive art experience is worth going to again & again.

Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to see the entire exhibit! It’s multiple stories & an endless number of rooms!

Bar Hopping on Broadway

You won’t regret it. Experience the different bars & their ambiance trying to make them stand out in a sea of bars.

Trivia Night at a Brewery

Google “Trivia Denver {day of the week}” and you won’t be disappointed. There’s tons of trivia nights throughout the numerous breweries in Denver. This is personally one of my favorite things to do in Denver during the winter - bring a group of friends, have a great time, learn something new, and potentially win a prize at the end!

Visit the Aquarium

Fishes, and tigers, and sharks… oh my!
… wait a minute. Yeah, that’s right! At the Denver Aquarium, they have an enclosed play pin for TIGERS to enjoy! Along with this, they have tons of information and sea/ocean life to experience and at times even interact with!
